Deborah Frieden

Deborah Frieden is consulting for the Mint Project as the Project Planning Director leading all activities related to planning and design of the restoration and repurposing of the Old Mint. With twenty years experience, she assists organizations in planning for the creation of new museums, cultural centers or the expansion and re-visioning of existing facilities and institutions. Her work is both national and international and she advises mature organizations as well as start-ups on strategic planning, program and organizational development, and capital project planning and implementation. She was the Project Director for the Corporation of the Fine Arts Museum where she managed the planning and construction of the new de Young museum and the restoration and expansion of the Legion of Honor museum.
